Objective

The Stichting Found's goal is to discover the talents of women in disadvantaged environments by:

1. Organising interactive and religious (group) educational programs with psycho-education so that they discover their value, their resilience is increased and they can be a source of inspiration for those around them;

2. Organising events, activities and/or meetings;

3. Providing information about the foundation's activities, including through the use of various available media;

4. Collaborating with various relevant organisations and institutions;

5. The provision of advice and/or guidance;

6. Performing or commissioning all further actions that are related to the foregoing in the broadest sense or that, in the opinion of its board, may be conducive, useful and/or desirable to this end.

Realisation of target 2021–2025

During the period from December 2021 to December 2025, Stichting Found aims to carry out the following activities to achieve this objective:

• Organising interactive education programs at least twice a year in countries where underprivileged women live.

• Collaborating with local organisations and churches to organise programs for underprivileged women and following up on interactive group programs.

• Collaborating with organisations that can help underprivileged women become economically independent.

• Creating online campaigns to provide online inspiration, to introduce the foundation's activities to a wider audience, and to raise social awareness about the position of disadvantaged women.

General interest

With its mission and associated activities, Stichting Found aims to make a positive contribution to the position of women worldwide. Through its activities, the foundation encourages its target group to recover, empowers them, and encourages them to be a source of inspiration for their communities.

Remuneration policy

The board members do not receive any remuneration for their work. However, Stichting Found may, if desired, reimburse board members for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. The foundation remunerates staff and paid employees in accordance with the customary rates for foundations with ANBI status. The amount of remuneration is determined based on age, experience, work performed, and responsibility.

Not for profit

Stichting Found is a non-profit organisation. It will use donations and fees from its activities to develop activities in line with its mission.
